These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the hosting services provided by HashHost ("HashHost", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2.1. To use the Service you must register an Account using a valid email address. We do not require identity documents or identity verification to register.
2.2. Your email address is used solely as a contact channel for service-related communications (such as renewal reminders, security notices, and abuse notifications). You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your Account.
2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
2.4. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.
3.1. Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP"), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the AUP.
3.2. You are fully responsible for all content, data, and activity on your Service, and for the conduct of any End Users to whom you provide access. Because we do not verify the identity of Customers, you accept sole responsibility for lawful use of the Service.
4.1. Currency and pricing. Prices are displayed in EUR. Payment is accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), with additional cryptocurrencies added over time. At checkout, the EUR/BTC exchange rate is locked for a limited window; if payment is not completed within that window, a new invoice must be generated.
4.2. Prepaid service. All services are prepaid. Service is provisioned after payment is confirmed on the network.
4.3. Account balance. Unused or overpaid amounts may be credited to your Account balance and applied toward future orders or renewals, at our discretion.
4.4. Renewals. Services must be renewed before their expiration date to remain active. You are responsible for renewing on time.
4.5. Non-payment. If a service is not renewed by its expiration date, it may be suspended and subsequently terminated. Data on terminated services may be permanently deleted and cannot be guaranteed to be recoverable.
Payments are generally final and non-refundable, including for unused time, cancellations, and violations of these Terms or the AUP. A limited exception applies where a confirmed on-chain payment was not correctly processed by our system — see our Refund Policy for details.
6.1. By us. We may suspend or terminate your Service, in whole or in part, with or without notice, if:
6.2. Scope of suspension. Where practicable, we suspend only the specific server or service that is the subject of a report or violation, and notify you so that you may take corrective action. Serious violations (as described in the AUP) may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice.
6.3. By you. You may cancel your Service at any time from your dashboard. Prepaid amounts are non-refundable except as provided in the Refund Policy.
6.4. Effect of termination. Upon termination, your right to use the affected Service ends and associated data may be permanently deleted.
7.1. Backups are your responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of any data on your Service. We do not guarantee that any backup exists, is complete, or can be restored. Do not rely on us as your sole means of data retention.
7.2. We are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or deletion of your data, however caused.
8.1. We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
8.2. Service is provided using leased upstream infrastructure. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or actions of upstream providers beyond our reasonable control.
8.3. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, with reasonable notice where practicable.
9.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HashHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
9.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the affected Service in the one (1) month preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HashHost and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) content or activity on your Service; (c) the conduct of your End Users; or (d) your violation of these Terms or the AUP.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted, unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@hashhost.cc.
