Do I need to verify my identity to order?
No. We don't ask for ID documents or run any verification. All we need is an email address to register — used only as a contact channel for renewal and service notices, not to verify who you are. Signup takes a couple of minutes.
Why do you ask for an email, then?
Email is how we reach you — renewal reminders and important notices about your servers (for example, if a server needs your attention). We don't request any other personal data and we don't verify your identity.
What payment methods are supported?
Bitcoin, with more cryptocurrencies coming soon. The EUR/BTC rate is locked for 60 minutes at checkout and every invoice gets a unique address — never reused.
What if the BTC rate moves before payment lands?
Small variance from volatility is credited to your account balance automatically, or you can top up the difference before deploy.
Are refunds available?
Payments are final and non-refundable — including unused time, cancellations, or AUP violations. One exception: if your BTC payment settled on-chain but wasn't correctly reflected in our system (e.g. your server wasn't provisioned despite a completed payment), contact support. We verify it and credit your account balance by default, or return the BTC minus network fees on request.
What happens if my server gets an abuse report?
We handle abuse reports under standard hosting policy. If confirmed, we notify you and suspend the specific server that caused it — not your account, not your other servers. Serious violations (malware, spam, CSAM, fraud, DDoS) are suspended immediately.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, any time from the dashboard. Billing is month-to-month, no long-term contract and no early-termination penalty.
How fast is my server ready after payment?
Servers deploy automatically within minutes of payment confirmation. Access details (IP and root password) appear in your dashboard.
Which OS is installed?
Current Debian and Ubuntu images are available. Servers deploy from a clean image with no third-party agents pre-installed.
How do I get support?
