We do not verify the identity of our Customers. In exchange for that simplicity, we require strict compliance with this AUP, and we act on abuse reports.
You may not use the Service to host, store, transmit, distribute, or facilitate any of the following:

You may not use the Service in a way that degrades the performance or stability of shared infrastructure, including sustained resource exhaustion, abuse of network capacity, or circumventing resource limits.
If you provide access to, or resell, any part of the Service to third parties, you are fully responsible for their conduct and for ensuring their compliance with this AUP. Violations by your End Users are treated as your violations.
4.1. How we handle reports. We process valid abuse reports under standard hosting practice. Where practicable, we suspend only the specific server or service that is the subject of the report, and notify you so that you may take corrective action.
4.2. Serious violations. Content or activity described in Sections 1.1–1.4 and 1.6 may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior notice and without refund.
4.3. Repeated violations. Repeated or systematic violations may result in termination of your Account.
4.4. No refunds on enforcement. Services suspended or terminated for AUP violations are not eligible for refunds.
4.5. Reservation of rights. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations, to remove or disable access to offending content, and to cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.
To report a suspected violation of this AUP, contact abuse@hashhost.cc with the relevant details (IP address, description, and evidence). We review valid reports and act accordingly.
We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
