Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how payments work for HashHost services. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. No Refunds

All payments are final. We do not provide refunds or compensation of any kind, under any circumstances. This includes, without limitation:

• unused service time if you cancel or terminate before the end of a billing period;
• services suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy;
• service interruptions, downtime, or issues attributable to us or to upstream infrastructure;
• change of mind after purchase.

Payments made in cryptocurrency are irreversible by nature and are non-refundable.

2. Exception: Payment Confirmation Issues

This exception applies only to one specific case: a Bitcoin payment that settled on-chain but was not correctly reflected or confirmed by our system — for example, your server was not provisioned despite a completed payment. It does not extend to any of the cases in Section 1.

If this happens, contact support with your payment details. Once we verify the payment on-chain, resolution is:

• by default, a credit to your Account balance; or
• on request, return of the BTC minus network and processing fees, to either the original sending address or another address you specify.

3. Account Balance

Overpaid or unused amounts may be held as Account balance and applied toward future orders and renewals. Account balance is not redeemable for cash or cryptocurrency, is non-withdrawable, and is not refundable.

4. No Compensation

We do not provide credits, compensation, or any form of remedy for service issues, downtime, or losses. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, as described in our Terms of Service.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted.
